OGCS Global announces John McCulloch as Vice President Quantity Surveying and Commercial Services
In a strategic move that will further enhance the organization’s delivery of services, John McCulloch joins the OGCS Global team in Houston, TX.
John’s remit as Vice President of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Services will be to support and grow the business through our current portfolio and new clients in the US and worldwide.

John’s depth of experience in the Americas, together with global project execution skills, will support the multi-locational project execution typical in large capital projects.
John sees his role at OGCS as an opportunity to enhance his successful career in offering a wider range of commercial services, while building on the high quality professional quantity surveying services that OGCS already provides.

This includes claims, contract management, benchmarking and estimating, together with the full suite of project controls. This will support our clients through the early stages of a project and through the full project commercial life cycle.”
