Wiggins has extensive experience using Deltek Acumen Fuse, Acumen Risk, and Primavera to build a picture of project health for a range of decision-makers. “Sometimes I’m presenting to a Board of senior executives, sometimes the information is for Project Managers and their teams” explains Wiggins. Through regular project assessments, Wiggins helps stakeholders evaluate whether contractors can complete their work on time and anticipate any delays that may impact project deadlines.
Wiggins' presentation attracted a large audience that included senior project managers, cost engineers, schedulers as well as students from the University of Houston.
