Darah Cunningham

Based in our Houston office, Darah leads a recruitment team for the Americas.

With almost 20 years of experience in recruiting for the energy sector, particularly in assembling project teams for both long-term secondment and short-term scope-based work on major and mega capital projects.

Over the years, Darah has honed her skills in identifying high-performing professionals across a variety of categories. The approach is to find the best candidate on paper, and then do the extra legwork to ensure it is the best fit for both candidate and client. That means understanding company culture, client expectations and candidate potential.

Darah has an extensive network, and is an active board member for the AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) giving her a deeper involvement and understanding of the industry’s best practices, and upcoming projects.
