Alan Duncan

Based in our Aberdeen office, Alan leads OGCS’s Contracts Management service and alongside Chris Allen our UK and Europe business.

With over 15 years of experience in the energy sector his experience in utilizing best practices in contracting, procurement, management of change, and strategy development and implementation have added value for many projects.  A dynamic and passionate Supply Chain leader, his experience on both the owner and contractor sides have enabled him to understand and convey many of the project drivers.  Alan and the OGCS Contracts Management consultants experience and understanding of being within a project team delivering across all phases of projects across a full range of industries help to develop and understand effective supply chain solutions. In his role, Alan is a firm believer in collaboration and open and honest engagement fostering trust and confidence with all his partners and clients. With a focus on proactive solutions, Alan helps to guide projects through challenges, reflecting OGCS's commitment to delivering excellence.
